Introduction New Year's resolutions typically include, amongst many other things, the goals of losing fat and gaining muscle, of course. After all, we are bodybuilders, aren’t we? To help you achieve your bodybuilding endeavors, I decided to put together this resource guide that will point you to all of the relevant information that you will need in order to accomplish your goals, whether these may be just losing a few pounds of fat with moderate amounts of muscle gain, bulking up, or even bodybuilding competition. You will find everything here: bodybuilding training routines, diet plans and supplements' advice. Now there is no excuse for not accomplishing your bodybuilding goals in this New Year!

Select a training routine that fits your schedule and is designed for your goals and level of training. There are many factors to consider when choosing a training routine:

A) Training experience-How long you have been training for; are you a beginner, intermediate or advanced athlete?

B) Your training goals-Are you looking for fat loss with moderate muscle gain or are you looking to gain muscle exclusively? Or are you training for a bodybuilding competition?

C) The amount of time that you can devote to bodybuilding training-Can you train 3 days, 4 days, 5 days or 6 days? If your goal is bodybuilding competition, will you be able to train everyday?

Once you consider those factors, then you can feel free to select any of the routines down below and perhaps you can work on adapting them to your schedule if need be:
